DALLAS – The Memphis Grizzlies took advantage of Luka Dončić’s absence and beat the Dallas Mavericks 121-107.
Kristaps Porzingis scored 32 points and 12 rebounds for the Mavs. He joined Dončić, Kawhi Leonard and Giannis Antetokounmpo as the only players with at least 30 points and 10 rebounds in three consecutive games this season.
Porzingis suffered a broken nose after being elbowed by Josh Jackson in the third quarter. “It’s broken, but it’s OK. I really didn’t have a headache or anything,” said Porzingis.
This was Dallas’ fourth straight game without Dončić. The Slovenian sensation is expected to return to the floor before the All Star weekend.
The Mavs are now 31-20. The Mavericks will visit the Washington Wizards on Friday.
