DALLAS – The Dallas Mavericks ended their six-game homestand with a victory over the Philadelphia 76ers 109-91. After mediocre start, they took over control in the third quarter and turned a nine-point deficit into a 10-point lead.

Luka Dončić and Dwight Powell each scored 19 points. 20-year old sensation added 12 assists and eight rebounds.

“We played like a team,” said Dončić. “It wasn’t just me. Every player stepping on the court contributed. We had some tough losses, but we did a good job of moving to the next one. We needed it badly. We showed we can play – they’re one of the top teams in the East. We showed we can play against anybody. We just have to do it constantly.”

The Mavericks have back-to-back games in San Francisco against the Golden State on Tuesday and in Sacramento against the Kings on Wednesday.
